BC Fit is an easy way to track your weight lifting progress! Other apps try to tell you how to do your workouts. BC Fit is for those of you who just want a little help recording your lifts. Routines and exercises are customizable, giving you complete control over your workout regimen. Logging exercises is a breeze, just enter your reps and weight, then hit save. Have two or more sets that were the same? Swipe a set to copy it. We've also included some helpful tools such as a Plate calculator, Percentage calculator, Notepad, and Graph to track your progress.
